CANCELLATION POLICY

Anyone who pays the deposit that decides to cancel for any reason on or before December 19^th will incur a $50 per person cancellation fee.  All other monies will be refunded.  Any cancellations after this date are subject to the cancellation penalty through the tour group.  This fee is dependent on the date of withdrawal.  NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER FEBRUARY 20^th. 

Trip Payments maybe paid with cashier’s check, check (made payable to VHS BAND BOOSTERS), cash or money order.  Student account funds may be applied by the use of FALCON BUCKS at any time.  Fee Waiver does not apply to the trip.
